I have been a health advocate for many years and would love to share with you tips on how to generate a healthy lifestyle.  About 30 years ago I was at a point in my life where I wanted to find break free from old habits and bring in new ways of living. I became very well acquainted with the chemicals and toxins that permeated my life and were having a negative effect on my health. So I sought and found natural alternatives to cleaning supplies, laundry and bath supplies, candle fragrances, safe cosmetics, clean fine fragrances.
